Accommodations are perfect for larger family groups, modest size business teams or collections of friends that seek community as well as independence.   The seven bedrooms can accomodate up to 16 people in seven bedrooms spread among three buildings, each with kitchen and restrooms.   Two of the residences are over the water.  Views are everywhere.  
The Main House

 

This four bedroom option offers year-round accomodation in a stylish, but humble saltbox house.   Full Kitchen, dining area, living room sits high above the Little River and provides the perfect center for the property.

Dock House 

 

Two bedrooms, kitchen and lounge extend out over the Little River on the main Marina Dock. The large dock can support the larger social functions as well as quiet star-gazing.   Cable TV, wireless, radiant heat.  All the joy of residing on a boat with all the comforts of home.  Does not get any better than this.
